baby breakfast ‘cookies’

happy Sunday funday friends!

here’s a quick and easy recipe to make for breakfast or snack time for your little one. Quinn loves these and gobbles them up whenever I make them for him…and a bonus is that they are vegan, gluten free, yummy and full of nutrition.

Recipe:

Preheat oven to 325F

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1 cup quick rolled oats

That’s it! I added in a tbsp of  BabyBrainOrganics Superfood but if you don’t have that on hand you could just add chia seeds, ground flax, shredded coconut…whatever you’d like.  For this batch I sprinkled the tops of them with a bit of cinnamon as well.



Mix together and roll into little bites or flatten on parchment papered cookie sheet. Bake for 10-12 mins. And done!!

These cookies keep well in the fridge for a couple days…but they never last that long!
