Today is my 30th birthday… say whattttt?!!! I can’t believe my 20s are gone, and I’ll never get them back. I’m a very reflective person; so turning a new page into my life’s journey has naturally got me thinking about the past 10 years. It’s been fun. It’s been crazy. It’s been adventurous. It’s been life changing. It’s been sad at times, like gut wrenching sad. It’s been exciting! It’s had emotions that I’ve never experienced before (like becoming a mommy to baby Quinn). I grew up. I got married to the love of my life. I moved to the GTA. (from a small town girl where the entire population could fit into a condo at Square One, this was no joke.) I’ve had to make some really hard life changing decisions. I started my career. I added lots of stamps to my passport. I’ve been humbled and brought to tears standing in Anne Frank’s room in Amsterdam and stood in awe at the Pyramids of Giza. I had health problems that required me to make dietary changes that I actually am thankful for. (yeah, I actually love eating clean.)
And so, I decided to create a mini photo essay of the last 10 years…to remember a few of the great things that have happened. Can’t wait to see what the next 10 years bring!
